We curate our inventory carefully and we offer only those rocks, crystals, jewellry, and gifts that we would be happy to receive ourselves. We are truly sorry if you received an item in broken condition. We pack your treasures with care, but rocks can be fragile and sometimes accidents happen. We want everyone to love their experience with Unearth Treasures and we are here to help if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase. Please give us the opportunity to work with you before making any reviews.

Returns 
We only replace or return items if they are defective or damaged, if you wish to return or replace an item, please send an email to info@unearthtreasures.com.  Our policy lasts 7 days. If 7 days have gone by since you received your item, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase, so we can properly identify the item in question. Please also indicate the reason for your return; the information is helpful to us.
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if you receive a broken or damaged shipping box/package or item when it arrives. You must send pictures of the broken item and the packaging it came in within three days of delivery. We must receive your email and photos within three days of delivery to the shipping address to be eligible for a refund or replacement.

Refunds (if applicable) 

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. 

Your return item must be returned in the same condition you received it. Any items that come in gift boxes should be returned in the same gift box. Items that arrive in bubble wrap or bubble bags should be carefully repackaged in the same condition. If the return arrives damaged due to careless re-packaging or without appropriate advance notification, it will not be eligible for refund or credit.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment. It may take several days for a bank to process the refund to your account. 

Late or missing refunds (if applicable) 

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. 
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. 
Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Exchanges (if applicable)

Shipping

Please Note: You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary. You should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
